应用Neo4j和Python探究李军诊治原发性痛经的学术经验

摘要 目的:探究李军教授治疗原发性痛经的临床经验与学术思想。方法:通过医渡云医学数据智能平台以Excel方式提取李军教授诊断为原发性痛经的病例,应用Neo4j知识图谱技术与python语言实现apriori算法对证型与处方药物组成、配伍规律进行数据分析。结果:临床证型多兼有血瘀,寒凝血瘀最常见;寒凝血瘀,肾虚血瘀,气滞血瘀关联最为密切,共用药物19种;活血化瘀止痛常用配伍药7种,温经散寒,疏肝行气止痛常用配伍药8种,补肾调经常用配伍药4种。结论:肝肾失调,气血失和是原发性痛经病机,用药味多辛甘,性温,归肝肾两经,配伍以调补肝肾,行气活血,化瘀止痛药为主。 Objective: To explore the clinical experience and academic thought of Professor LI Jun in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: The cases diagnosed by Professor LI Jun as primary dysmenorrhea were extracted in Excel through the Yidu cloud medical data intelligence platform, and the Neo4j knowledge graph technology and python language were used to implement the apriori algorithm to analyze the syndrome types, prescription drug composition, and compatibility rules. Results: Most of the clinical syndromes have blood stasis, cold coagulation blood stasis is the most common;cold coagulation blood stasis, kidney deficiency blood stasis, Qi stagnation blood stasis are most closely related, and 19 kinds of drugs are shared;There are 8 commonly used compatible drugs for dispelling cold, soothing the liver, promoting Qi and relieving pain, and 4 commonly used compatible drugs for nourishing the kidney and regulating the body. Conclusion: Liver-kidney imbalance and Qi-blood imbalance are the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea. The medicine tastes acrid and sweet, and is warm in nature.
