秦艳虹治疗儿童慢性咳嗽用药规律

Analysis on Regulation of QIN yanhong’s Prescriptions on Children Chronic Cough by data Mining Technology

目的:基于中医传承计算平台(V3.0)分析秦艳虹教授治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的用药规律。方法:收集2021年6月—2022年5月就诊于秦艳虹教授门诊的176份符合标准的病历,建立病历库,采用统计分析、方剂分析等方法,进行药物功效、组方规律和核心组合分析。结果:收集的293首处方包含中药91味,使用频率达60%以上的中药有10味,包括紫苏子、炒苦杏仁、炙麻黄等,支持度个数在210以上的药物组合有26组,包括炒苦杏仁、炒白芥子,炒莱菔子、紫苏子与炒苦杏仁等,从而提炼出治疗慢性咳嗽的基础药物组合麻杏三子汤(炙麻黄、炒苦杏仁、紫苏子、莱菔子、炒芥子),并通过聚类分析得到4个加减药物组合,瓜蒌、紫苏子、胆南星、黄芩、炒苦杏仁、炙麻黄,紫苏子、炒苦杏仁、炙麻黄、炒白芥子、蜜紫菀、炒莱菔子,白术、太子参、枳实、茯苓、紫苏子、党参,辛夷、苍耳子、细辛、川芎、紫苏子、炒白芥子。结论:秦艳虹教授认为儿童慢性咳嗽病位在肺,与脾、大肠、肝、肾相关,病机关键为痰邪内伏,肺气上逆,治疗上强调痰气并治,临证时常以“麻杏三子汤”为基础方加减,并注重脏腑之间的关联,培土生金以燥湿化痰、通腑以降肺气,气顺痰消,则诸症自除。

Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.0),to analyze the medication rules of Professor QIN Yanhong in the treatment of children with chronic cough.Methods:From June 2021 to May 2022,176 standard medical records were collected from Professor QIN Yanhong’s outpatient clinic,and a medical record database was established.Statistical analysis,prescription analysis and other methods were used to analyze drug efficacy,prescription regularity and core combination.Results:The collected 293 prescriptions contained 91 traditional Chinese medicines,and 10 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 60% of the time,including perilla seeds,fried bitter almonds,and roasted ephedra,etc.There were 26 drug combinations with more than 210 supports,including fried bitter almonds,fried white mustard seeds,fried radish seeds,perilla seeds and fried bitter almonds,etc.,thereby extracting the basic drug combination Maxing Sanzi Decoction(roasted ephedra,fried bitter almonds,perilla seeds,radish seed,fried mustard seed),and four addition and subtraction drug combinations were obtained through cluster analysis,melon,perilla seed,dannanxing,scutellaria baicalensis,fried bitter almond,roasted ephedra,perilla seed,fried bitter almond,roasted ephedra,Stir-fried white mustard seeds,honey aster,fried radish seeds,Atractylodes macrocephala,heterophylla,citrus aurantium,poria cocos,perilla seeds,codonopsis,magnolia,cocklebur,asarum,chuanxiong,perilla seeds,fried white mustard seeds.Conclusion:Professor QIN Yanhong believes that the location of chronic cough in children is in the lungs,which is related to the spleen,large intestine,liver,and kidneys. "Xing Sanzi Decoction" is the basic prescription addition and subtraction,and pay attention to the relationship between viscera and viscera.Cultivate soil and generate gold to dry dampness and reduce phlegm,and dredge the viscera to reduce lung Qi.If Qi is smooth and phlegm disappears,all symptoms will be eliminated.
