复方首乌藤合剂对肝肾阴虚型失眠患者睡眠微结构的干预 被引量:2

Intervention of Compound Shouwuteng Mixture on Sleep Microstructure of Insomnia Patients with Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency

摘要 目的:运用心肺耦合(cardiopulmonarycoupling,CPC)分析睡眠监测系统,分析复方首乌藤合剂对肝肾阴虚型失眠患者睡眠微结构的干预作用,及对血清五羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)水平的影响。方法:将符合标准的100例肝肾阴虚型失眠患者随机分为2组,每组各50例。对照组给予舒乐安定1mg,每晚睡前服用,治疗组给予复方首乌藤合剂(由湖州市中医院制剂室统一配制)口服30ml,3次/d,2组共治疗4周。治疗前及治疗后4周观察CPC睡眠监测值,检测血清5-HT、NE和DA水平,并观察不良反应。结果:2组在治疗后熟睡时间、睡眠效率均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),初入睡时间比较均有显著差异(P<0.01),且治疗组在睡熟时间及睡眠效率较对照组改善更为明显。2组在治疗后体内5-HT含量升高,NE、DA含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改变更为明显,有统计学意义。结论:复方首乌藤合剂能提高肝肾阴虚型失眠患者的熟睡时间、睡眠总时间和睡眠效率,缩短初入睡时间而改善睡眠微结构,能调节血清5-HT、NE和DA的水平改善体内微环境,且无不良反应,可作为基层适宜中医技术推广应用。 Objective: To use cardiopulmonary coupling(CPC) to analyze the sleep monitoring system, analyze the intervention effect of compound Shouwuteng mixture on sleep microstructure of insomnia patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency, and its effect on serum serotonin(5-HT), norepinephrine Effects on levels of hormone(NE) and dopamine(DA). Methods: 100 insomnia patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given 1mg of diazepam, before going to bed every night, and the treatment group was given orally 30ml of Compound Shouwuteng Mixture(prepared by the preparation room of our hospital), 3 times a day. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks in total. Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, observe CPC sleep monitoring value, detect serum 5-HT, NE and DA levels, and observe adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the time of deep sleep and sleep efficiency in the two groups were improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the time of first falling asleep was significantly different(P<0.01). The improvement in efficiency was more obvious than that of the control group. After treatment, the content of 5-HT in the two groups increased, and the content of NE and DA decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the change in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Compound Shouwuteng Mixture can improve the deep sleep time, total sleep time and sleep efficiency of insomnia patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency, shorten the time of first falling asleep and improve sleep microstructure, and can regulate the levels of serum 5-HT, NE and DA. The microenvironment in the body, and no adverse reactions, can be used as a grass-roots suitable TCM technology for popularization and application.
