新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化时期医院数字化转型实践

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情给人们的生活方式带来了深刻变革,医院作为人群密集型场所,在疫情防控常态化的背景下,迎来了新的挑战。上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院通过数字化转型,以流程再造为抓手,推动线上线下资源重构,以减少聚集、便捷就医为目标,针对诊前、诊中、诊后各个环节,将就医过程中存在的痛点、堵点进行梳理升级,提高医院运行效率的同时,提升患者的就医满意度。在不断的实践中已取得初步成效,未来将更加聚焦于医疗数据的利用与融合,在医院数字化转型的道路上不断探索,推动医院服务高质量发展。 The COVID-19 epidemic has brought profound changes to people’s lifestyles. As crowded places,hospitals are facing new challenges in the context of the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control. Through digital transformation, Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine focuses on process reengineering to promote the reconfiguration of online and offline resources. Aiming at reducing people gathering and facilitating access to medical care, the Hospital also sorted out and upgraded the pain points and blocking points in the whole process of medical treatment including pre-consultation, consultation, and post-consultation, so as to improve the efficiency of hospital operations while enhancing patients’ satisfaction with medical treatment. Preliminary results have been achieved in several years of practice. In the future, the Hospital will focus more on the utilization and integration of medical data, and continue to explore on the road of hospital digital transformation to promote high-quality development of hospital services.
