目的:探索医院数字化人才体系建设和发展策略,针对医院数字化改革所面临的数字化人才短缺问题寻找破局方法。方法:建立一个由技术、业务、管理三种角色共同组成的团队,以资源保障、规范流程、严控质量、高效沟通、精准决策打造一个能够自学习、自成长、有自驱力的医院数字化协同体系。结果:通过构建和应用医院数字化协同体系,多部门高效协同推进和落实,在改善医疗服务流程、提升患者就医体验等方面发挥了重要作用。结论:医院数字化协同体系的建立,完善了体系顶层设计、沟通机制和保障机制,有助于解决医院数字化建设中的人才瓶颈问题,从而促进医院数字化改革高效高质量发展。

Objective To explore the construction and development strategy of hospital digital talent system,and to find a solution to the problem of digital talents shortage faced by hospital digital reform.Methods By building a team consisting of three roles:technicians,operators,and managers,a collaborative hospital digital system capable of self-learning,self-growth,and self-driven was created by ensuring resources supply,standardizing process,strictly controlling quality,communicating efficiently,and making accurate decisions.Results By building and applying a hospital digital collaboration system,multiple departments have efficiently collaborated to promote and implement the system,which has played an important role in improving the healthcare service process and patients’experience.Conclusion The establishment of the hospital digital collaboration system has improved the top-level design,communication mechanism,and guarantee mechanism of the system,which is conductive to solving the problem of talent shortage in hospital digital construction,thereby promoting the efficient and high-quality development of hospital digital reform.
