医院信息化应用场景复杂,数据价值高,安全防护手段薄弱,应该在医院数字化转型过程中优先考虑网络安全问题。本文分析医院数字化转型面临的网络安全新挑战,如合规性要求越来越高、信息系统运行风险不断积累、业务流程的快速变革、新技术带来新的安全风险等,结合医院数字化转型的工作场景,从顶层设计、信息系统建设、安全团队以及具体技术措施方面给出了对策与建议。医院应在数字化转型领导小组的统一指挥下,网络安全先行,打造具有安全基因的信息系统,建立具有实战能力的安全运营团队,前瞻性地强化新技术应用安全保护措施。

With complex information application scenarios, high data value, and weak cybersecurity protection in hospitals, top priority should be given to cybersecurity in the process of hospital digital transformation. The new cybersecurity challenges faced by hospital digital transformation were analyzed, such as increasing compliance requirements, accumulating risks to the operation of information systems, rapid changes in business processes, and new security risks brought by new technologies. Based on the working scenarios of digital transformation in hospitals,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed in terms of top-level design, information system construction, cybersecurity team, and specific technical measures. Under the unified command of the leading group of digital transformation, hospitals should give top priority to cybersecurity, build an information system with security genes, establish a security operation team with real-world capability, and prospectively strengthen security protection measures for the application of new technologies.
