摘要
目的:基于模式层与数据层构建功能性胃肠病中医药知识图谱。方法:在罗马Ⅳ诊断标准、中医专家共识以及教材对中医药诊治功能性胃肠病的认识指导下,以中医药诊治功能性胃肠病学术文献为数据来源,设计功能性胃肠病中医药知识图谱模型,包括疾病、中医证候、中医治则等9种实体和现象表达、治法等8种关系,构建面向中医药治疗功能性胃肠病的知识图谱,体现中医辨证论治功能性胃肠病的诊疗过程。结果:通过人机结合的方法从1033篇文献题录中抽取结构化数据,得到1207个实体与2232条关系,初步实现了源于期刊文献的中医药诊疗功能性胃肠病知识图谱的构建。结论:基于模式层与数据层构建功能性胃肠病中医药知识图谱,有利于整合中医药治疗功能性胃肠病的丰富知识资源,实现对功能性胃肠病在中医药领域内的诊断、证型、治法、方药以及适宜技术等知识的有效管理。
Objective To construct TCM knowledge map of functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)based on model layer and data layer.Methods Under the guidance of the RomeⅣdiagnostic criteria,the consensus of TCM experts and the understanding of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of FGIDs in textbooks,and taking the academic literature on the diagnosis and treatment of FGIDs by TCM as the data source,the TCM knowledge map model of FGIDs was designed,including 9 entities such as disease,TCM syndromes and TCM treatment principles,and 8 relationships such as phenomenon expression and treatment methods and so on,to build a knowledge map of TCM in the treatment of FGIDs,reflecting the diagnosis and treatment process of FGIDs based on TCM syndrome differentiation.Results Through the method of man-computer integration,structured data were extracted from 1,033 literature titles,and 1,207 entities and 2,232 relationships were obtained,which preliminarily realized the building of the knowledge map of TCM diagnosis and treatment of FGIDs derived from journal literature.Conclusion The construction of TCM knowledge map of functional gastrointestinal disorders based on model layer and data layer is conducive to integrating the rich knowledge resources of TCM in the treatment of FGIDs,and realizing the effective management of diagnosis,syndrome types,treatment methods,prescriptions and appropriate treatment technologies of FGIDs in the field of TCM.
