资源能力对重大工程项目组织韧性影响

摘要 建筑环境的不确定性剧增,导致重大工程项目面临更多的危机和挑战,提高项目的组织韧性变得更加迫切,资源能力是组织韧性发展的重要基础,因而运用cs-QCA方法研究资源能力对组织韧性的影响路径。收集15个重大工程项目作为研究案例,以防御韧性和恢复韧性作为结果变量,并选取四种资源能力作为条件变量,进行条件变量组合分析。结果显示,“资源获取*资源交换*资源配置”和“资源获取*资源配置*资源利用”是促进防御韧性的条件组合,“资源获取*资源交换*资源利用”和“资源获取*资源配置*资源利用”是促进恢复韧性的条件组合。文章从资源视角揭示了灾害前后不同阶段促进重大工程项目组织韧性的资源能力组合,为如何运用资源能力应对不确定性情境提供了管理启示。 The increasing uncertainty of the construction environment has led to more crises and challenges for megaprojects,it becomes more urgent to improve the organizational resilience.Resource capability is an important basis for organizational resilience development,so cs-QCA method is applied to study the impact path of resource capability on organizational resilience.Fifteen megaprojects were collected as research cases,with defense resilience and recovery resilience were taken as the result variables,and four kinds of resource capabilities were selected as conditional variables to analyze the combination of factors.The results indicate that“resource acquisition*resource exchange*resource allocation”and“resource acquisition*resource allocation*resource utilization”are the combination of conditions that promote defense resilience.“resource acquisition*resource exchange*resource utilization”and“resource acquisition*resource allocation*resource utilization”are the combination of conditions that promote resilience of recovery.From the perspective of resources,this paper reveals the combination of resource capabilities that promote organizational resilience of megaprojects at different stages before and after disasters,and provides management enlightenments for how to use resource capabilities to deal with uncertain situations in megaprojects.
