Influencing Factors of Tacit Knowledge Management in Construction Projects

知识经济的时代已全面到来,结合工程项目一次性、临时性、独特性和多目标性的特点,工程项目中的隐性知识更易随参建人员的流动而流失。本文就工程项目管理背景下的隐性知识开展文献调研,通过显性知识与隐性知识的对比,结合隐性知识的定义与风险,论证加强工程项目隐性知识管理的必要性及紧迫性;随后,本文将隐性知识管理分为主体因素与客体因素两大一级指标,制定7个二级指标与相应的假设,每个二级指标下属4个子项题目,通过问卷调研,验证假设并得到影响工程项目管理隐性知识管理的6个正相关要素与1个负相关要素;最后,本文提出三项建议,并在认知地图的基础上提出新型隐性知识管理框架,为建筑工程隐性知识的管理提供新思路。

The era of knowledge economy has come comprehensively.Combined with the characteristics of one-off,temporary,unique and multi-objective of engineering projects,the tacit knowledge in engineering projects is more likely to be lost with the flow of construction personnel.This paper carried out literature research on tacit knowledge under the background of engineering project management.Through the comparison of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,combined with the definition and risk of tacit knowledge,it demonstrates the necessity and urgency of strengthening tacit knowledge management of engineering projects.Then,the paper will be divided into recessive knowledge management subject factor and object factor two first-level indicators,making seven secondary indicators and the corresponding assumptions.Each secondary indicator subordinate four subsystems subject.Through questionnaire investigation,validate assumptions and affect the project management of tacit knowledge management are related elements.with a negative correlation.Finally,this paper puts forward three suggestions and a new tacit knowledge management framework based on cognitive map,which provides new ideas for the management of tacit knowledge in construction engineering.
