施工安全管理抵触行为传播的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Construction Safety Management Resistance Behavior Spreading

为降低施工安全管理抵触行为的不良影响,基于实地调研及相关文献,对施工安全管理抵触行为传播的过程和影响因素进行分析。采用假设检验方式,构建施工安全管理抵触行为传播影响因素关系模型,并使用结构方程模型进行探索验证。结果表明:(1)施工安全管理抵触行为主要借助法不责众心理和感染从众心理进行传播;(2)施工群体抱团、安全氛围不佳对法不责众心理的产生具有显著影响,并导致施工安全管理抵触行为传播;(3)安全氛围、人员安全素养、安全管理沟通协调能力、安全管理制度制定能力对感染从众心理的产生具有显著影响,并导致施工安全管理抵触行为传播;(4)安全氛围和群体抱团是施工安全管理抵触行为传播的关键影响因素,群体抱团会加剧抵触行为传播。

For reducing the adverse impact of construction safety management resistance behaviors,based on the research and related literature,the process and influencing factors of the spread of resistance behaviors in construction safety management are analyzed.To use the hypothetical test method,a model of influencing factors of the propagation of resistance behaviors in construction safety management is constructed,and the structural equation model is used to explore and verify.Accordingly,here are the results:(1)The resistance behavior is mainly caused by the propagation of the mentality of the law can not be enforced when everyone is an offender and the propagation of the mentality of follow the crowd.(2)Workers organize small groups and poor safety atmosphere have a significant impact on the mentality of the law can not be enforced when everyone is an offender,which lead to the spread of construction safety management resistance behaviors.(3)Safety atmosphere,personnel safety literacy,safety management communication and coordination ability,safety management system formulation ability have a significant impact on the follow the crowd psychology,which lead to the spread of construction safety management resistance behavior.(4)The key influence factors for the spread of construction safety management resistance behavior are safety atmosphere and workers organize small groups,workers organize small groups aggravate the spread of construction safety management resistance behaviors.
