医学院校青年教师岗前培训效果分析——以军医大学为例 被引量:2

Effect Analysis of Pre-service Training for Young Teachers in Medical Colleges--Take the Military Medical University for Example

摘要 青年师资队伍建设对于提升教师队伍能力素质意义重大,岗前培训是提升青年教师教学水平和岗位任职能力的重要途径.当前,国内医学院校教师培养制度尚不完善,尤其是新入职教师岗前培训相较于综合性大学和师范类大学滞后.为深入探讨医学院校青年教师岗前培训中存在的问题,进一步优化青年教师岗前培训内容、提高培训效果,对2021年1月11日至1月27日全程参与空军军医大学岗前培训的150名青年教师进行问卷调查,采取单因素方差分析等方法对调查数据进行分析.结果表明:此次新教师岗前培训效果较好,未受到性别和学历层次之间差别的影响,但是应重视教师工作经验等基础条件,并视具体情况优化课程设置;参加岗前培训的教师对岗前培训课程及内容满意度较高,对于岗前培训的学习方式更倾向于示范教学. The construction of young teachers is of great significance to improve the ability and quality of teaching staff.Pre-service training is an important way to improve the teaching level of young teachers and their competencies.At present,the training system in our medical colleges is inadequate.Especially the pre-service training of new teachers is lagging behind comprehensive and normal universities.In order to explore the problems existing in the pre-service training of young teachers in medical colleges,and to optimize the content of pre-service training for young teachers and improve the training effect,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 150 young teachers who participated in the pre-service training of Air Force Medical University,from January 11,2021 to January 27,2021,and one-way ANOVA was used to analyze the survey data.Results showed that the learning effect of this pre-service training is satisfactory,and was not affected by the difference between gender and educational level.However,it is suggested to pay more attention to the basic conditions such as teachers’working experience,and optimize the curriculum according to the situation.New teachers were satisfied with the arrangement and content of pre-service training courses,and were more inclined to demonstrative lessons in the pre-service training.
