摘要
随着国民经济的飞速发展以及环境问题的日益严峻,传统的电力系统已经无法适应社会的发展要求了。配电网规划是电力系统低碳化转型的基本前提,本文从新型电力系统的技术特点入手,深入分析了与配电网规划相关的功率预测、碳水平表征及评估机制、低碳电力市场机制等关键技术,给出了配电网规划的基础模型,对配电网规划策略进行了深入的研究分析。为以低碳化发展为目标的配电网规划决策提供合理、有效的参考意见。
With the rapid development of national economy and the increasingly serious environmental problems, the traditional power system can no longer adapt to the development requirements of society.The distribution network planning is the basic premise of the low-carbon transformation of the power system.Starting from the technical characteristics of the new power system, this paper analyzes in depth the key technologies related to the distribution network planning, such as power prediction, carbon level characterization and evaluation mechanism, and low-carbon power market mechanism, gives the basic model of distribution network planning, and conducts an in-depth research and analysis on the distribution network planning strategy.It provides reasonable and effective references for distribution network planning decisions aiming at low-carbon development.
