带有非线性干扰观测器的永磁同步电机预测函数控制

摘要 针对永磁同步电机因外部扰动引起的不确定性和难以保证控制精度问题,提出一种带有非线性干扰观测器的永磁同步电机预测函数控制策略。通过非线性干扰观测器抑制外部扰动,速度外环预测函数控制和电流内环预测函数控制器相互配合,提高系统的控制精度。通过仿真算例证明了双环预测函数控制的有效性,证明控制系统可以有效抑制外部干扰,减小电机抖振,提高系统的鲁棒性,取得更高的控制精度。 A Predictive functional control(PFC) strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with nonlinear disturbance observer proposed to deserve the uncertainty caused by external disturbance and the difficulty of ensuring control accuracy of PMSM. The external disturbance was suppressed by the nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO), and the control accuracy of the system was improved by the speed outer loop control and current inner loop control, also, the double loop predictive function controller cooperate with each other. The effectiveness of double loop predictive function control was proved by simulation examples. The control system can effectively suppress external interference, reduce motor chattering, improve the robustness of the system and achieve higher control accuracy.
