摘要
避雷器是一种保护装置,它的正常工作对电力设备乃至电力系统具有重要意义。通过调查研究,本文总结了常见的金属氧化物避雷器故障类型,以及检测技术。以一起500kV侧避雷器故障为研究对象,分析现场检查与带电检测情况、试验及解体检查情况,发现故障原因是由于主盖板密封圈安装质量不佳,导致内部严重积水。避雷器在承受电压时,产生泄漏电流显著增大并严重发热现象。通过研究引起避雷器劣化的机理,提出质量管控措施。
The arrester is a kind of protective device.Its normal operation is of importance to power equipment and electric system.By investigation and study, the paper sums up common failure classes of the metal-oxide arrester and detecting technique.Take a 500 kV side arrester fault as an example to analyze field check and live check condition, test and disassembly check condition, finaing that fault cause is due to poor quality of main cover plate seal, thus leading to internally serious ponding.When the arrester bears voltage, it will produce leakage current obviously increased and seriously heated.By studying mechanism causing the arrester degradation, put forward quality management measures.
