陕北方言翻译的转换机制研究——以路遥小说《人生》为例

Study on Translation Converting Mechanism of Northern Shaanxi Dialect:The Chinese Novella Destiny Runner by Lu Yao

以路遥小说《人生》为研究对象,通过对其中的陕北方言语料进行分析,在此基础上提出完全对等转换、部分对等转换、省略转换、零转换、非对等转换和音译释义转换等六种翻译转换机制,并对其有效性和可行性进行验证。研究表明,陕北方言翻译转换机制的建立,解决了陕北文学特别是路遥文学作品走出去所面对的方言翻译的难题,是一种行之有效的方法和途径,值得推广和借鉴。

The Chinese novella Destiny Runner written by Lu Yao was studies in the paper.The Northern Shaanxi dialects extracted from the novella were analyzed,classified and induced as the research object.Then,the six translation converting mechanisms on the dialects were built following full peer-to-peer,partial peer-to-peer,omission,Chinese pinyin,non-peer-to-peer,and pinyin paraphrase.Meanwhile,these mechanisms were proposed to verify its effectiveness and feasibility as the involved examples.The finding shows that the translation converting mechanisms are unfolded validly the conundrum that the foreign readers and researchers can be easy to accept and recognize the Chinese culture and literal works,particularly the northern works and Lu Yao’s works,and verified that was an effective method and valuable of reference and extension.
