产教融合视角下高职院校人才培养模式优化研究

Research on Optimization of Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

数字经济的发展和新技术的广泛应用,为现代社会经济、产业发展和文明建设奠定了基础,高职院校作为培养高级应用型技术人才的中坚力量,需要不断深化产教融合,优化高职院校人才培养模式。由于受到体制机制、人才培养、外部环境等因素的影响,高职院校产教融合人才培养受到限制。对此,高职院校与企业应共同制定人才培养目标,创新和优化人才培养制度,以“双师型”师资队伍作为保障,构建新的课程体系;政府应发挥对高职教育的宏观调控作用,为现代企业培养复合型、高质量人才,促进高职院校与现代企业的同步发展。

The development of digital economy and the wide application of new technologies have laid a foundation for modern social economy,industry development and civilization.As the backbone of training high-level technical talents,higher vocational colleges need to constantly deepen the integration of industry and education,and optimize the talent training mode.Due to the influence of system and mechanism,talent cultivation,external environment and other factors,the talent cultivation of integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges is limited.Therefore,higher vocational colleges and enterprises should jointly formulate talent training objectives,innovate and optimize the talent training system,and build a new curriculum system with the“double qualified”teachers as the guarantee.The government should play a macro-control role,cultivate compound and high-quality talents for modern enterprises,and promote the synchronous development of higher vocational colleges and modern enterprises.
