摘要
随着新经济、新业态、新产业的发展,劳动力市场需求发生变化,高职院校人才供给难以匹配,高职学生就业价值取向发生转变等问题的不断显现,导致用人单位“招聘难”和高职学生“就业难”并存,影响就业质量。高职学生就业质量的提升需要政府、高职院校、学生自身等多方协同努力。政府引导,不断开辟优质新岗位;高职院校调整就业工作模式,全面提升促进就业创业能力;学生树立正确就业观,实现最佳人职匹配。
With the development and reform of the new economy, new business forms and new industries, the demand of the labor market has changed so that the talent supply of higher vocational colleges is difficult to match, and the employment value orientation of higher vocational students has changed, which leads to the coexistence of “recruitment difficulty” of employers and “employment difficulty” of higher vocational students, affecting the quality of employment. The improvement of higher vocational students’ employment quality needs the concerted efforts of the government, higher vocational colleges and students themselves. The government needs to open up new high-quality posts and develop new strength;Higher vocational colleges adjust the employment work mode and comprehensively improve the ability to promote employment and entrepreneurship;Students should establish a correct outlook on employment and achieve the best person job matching.
