摘要
劳动教育课程是高校开展劳动教育的载体和关键环节。为全面加强高校劳动教育课程建设,探究劳动教育课程建设的价值意蕴,从课程学科地位、课程实施过程、课程评价机制角度分析高校劳动教育课程建设的现实困境。建议提高劳动教育课程在高校中的学科地位,开展劳动教育课程建设的全过程系统管理工作,实施劳动教育课程建设的全方位科学评价方法,为高校进一步完善育人体系,实现德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养目标提供参考与借鉴。
Labor education curriculum is the carrier and key link of labor education in colleges and universities. In order to comprehensively strengthen the curriculum construction of labor education in colleges and universities, the article explores the value implication of labor education curriculum construction, analyzes the practical difficulties of labor education curriculum construction in colleges and universities from the perspectives of curriculum discipline status, curriculum implementation process, and curriculum evaluation mechanism, and proposes to improve the subject status of labor education courses in colleges and universities, carry out the whole process of systematic management of labor education curriculum construction and implement a comprehensive scientific evaluation method for labor education curriculum construction, in order to further improve the education system for colleges and universities and provide reference for realizing the talent training goal of the all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor.
