摘要
场效应管以其优异的性能在电子电路中逐渐取代双极型晶体三极管,应用越来越广泛。利用立创EDA软件分析了场效应管的性能及其应用电路。首先基于直流扫描功能仿真获得了场效应管的输出特性和转移特性;然后构建了场效应管的共源放大电路,仿真的静态工作点以及动态波形与理论分析结果一致;最后仿真分析了场效应管反相器,电路运行结果显示输出输入波形呈反相关系,通过电压传输特性确定了反相器的阈值电压。立创EDA软件的应用使场效应管的分析设计更方便。
Due to the excellent performance of field effect transistor(FET), the application of FET is more and more extensive, and it gradually replaces bipolar junction transistor(BJT) in electronic circuit.The characteristics and application of FET are analyzed by using EasyEDA. Firstly, the output characteristics and transfer characteristics of the FET are obtained based on the DC sweep. Then, the common source amplifier circuit of FET is constructed. The simulated quiescent point and dynamic waveform are consistent with the theoretical analysis results. Finally, the FET phase inverter is analyzed based on simulations. The results show that the phase of the output and input waveforms are opposite, and the threshold voltage of the inverter is obtained by the voltage transfer characteristics. The application of EasyEDA makes the analysis and design of FET circuit more convenient.
