中药学专业应用型人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration on training applied talents of Chinese meteria medica

针对中药学专业办学同质化突出的问题,结合高水平应用型本科院校的建设目标,文章以长治医学院药学系中药学专业建设为例,提出“一个特色、两个方向、三个着力、四个突出”的“一二三四”专业建设思路,以人才培养为本,以专业建设为重,以学校发展为基,构建学生、专业、学校三位一体的应用型本科专业建设体系。

Aiming at the homogeneity of talent cultivation, this paper takes Changzhi Medical College as an example to explore the cultivation of applied talents of Chinese meteria medica. Based on the construction goals of high-level application-oriented colleges, this paper proposes “One, Two, Three, and Four” construction system, which means “One feature, Two directions, Three efforts, and Four highlights”. An application-oriented system can thus be established integrating students, specialty, and college, with the talents cultivation as the basis, specialty construction as the focus, and college development as the guide.
