摘要
在高职护理专业中应用混合式教学可以满足学生个性化学习需求。通过选取本校护理专业学生进行实验对照,经过学情分析后制定了混合式教学方案,学生的学习效果明显得到提升,技能操作水平得到较大提高,同时收到来自多方的良好评价。研究结果表明,在高职护理专业教学中适宜广泛推广混合式教学。
The application of mixed teaching in higher vocational nursing can meet students’individualized learning needs.By selecting the students who major in nursing in our school for experimental comparison,a mixed teaching scheme is developed after the analysis of learning conditions.The students’learning effect is significantly improved,and their skills and operation level are greatly improved.At the same time,they receive good comments from various directions.The results show that mixed teaching is suitable to be widely popularized in higher vocational nursing teaching.
