摘要
百叶窗翅片的传热和阻力特性直接影响平行流换热器的性能,进而影响汽车空调系统。本文提出3种“前疏后密”型百叶窗翅片,以降低压降和强化传热为目标,以Q/Δp值为百叶窗翅片综合性能的评判参数,对其进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:与传统全百叶窗翅片相比,0+4翅片、1+4翅片和2+4翅片的Q/Δp值分别增加32.3%、17.6%和10%。因此,0+4“前疏后密”型翅片Q/Δp值最大,综合性能最好,有利于汽车空调系统的小型化和轻型化研究。
The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of louver fins affect the performance of parallel flow heat exchanger and the whole automotive air conditioning system.In this paper,three kinds of“sparse before and dense rear”louver fins are presented and studied by numerical simulation,as the target of reducing the pressure drop and enhancing the heat transfer and taking the Q/ΔP value as the evaluation parameter of the comprehensive performance of the louver fins.The results show that compared with traditional full-blind fins,the Q/ΔP values of 0+4 fins,1+4 fins,and 2+4 fins are increased by 32.3%,17.6%,and 10%.So the Q/ΔP value of 0+4"sparse front and dense rear"fins is the largest and the comprehensive performance is the best.It’s beneficial to the study of miniaturization and lightness of automobile air-conditioning system.
