Research on Intelligent Logistics Sharing Circular Packaging Application Model of Rail Transit Manufacturing Supply Chain

该文以中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司的智慧物流项目中的循环包装为研究课题,提出当前轨道车辆行业推行共享循环包装存在的问题,并从技术路线和管理路线对问题进行分析,通过数据收集、建立成本分析模型的数量分析方法,以轨道车辆空调为例进行了数据收集,论证了使用循环包装与一次性包装的收益差异,为选择循环包装提供了数据决策及在供应链中推行共享循环包装提供了理论支持。

Taking the circular packaging in the smart logistics project of CRRC Changchun Railway Passenger Car Co.,Ltd.as the research topic,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the current implementation of shared circular packaging in the rail vehicle industry,analyzes the problems from the technical route and management route,and takes the rail vehicle air conditioning as an example through the quantitative analysis method of data collection and establishing the cost analysis model.It demonstrates the income difference between the use of recycling packaging and disposable packaging,which provides data decision-making for the selection of recycling packaging and theoretical support for the implementation of shared recycling packaging in the supply chain.
