我国不同产地党参药材中糖类成分比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解我国不同产地、品种党参中主要糖类成分的差异,解决现有党参质量控制指标缺乏的现状,建立我国主要党参产区(甘肃、贵州、山西、湖北、四川)的不同品种党参(党参、素花党参、川党参)糖类成分质量控制方法,包括多糖含量、单糖组成以及5种单糖和低聚糖的HPLC-ELSD定量分析方法,并制定党参相应质量控制标准。根据35批党参药材多糖平均含量,建议党参多糖质量分数控制标准为≥13.5%。单糖组成需含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖,5种单糖和低聚糖(D-果糖、D-葡萄糖、蔗糖、蔗果三糖和蔗果四糖)成分质量分数不得低于15.92%。 The differences in sugar components in Codonopsis pilosula of different types(includes C.pilosula,C.pilosula var.modesta,C.tangshen) and from different regions in China(includes Gansu, Guizhou, Shanxi, Hubei, Sichuan) were investigated.The sugar content, monosaccharide composition and the qualification of five monosaccharide as well as the oligosaccharides were tested.Consequently, a quality control standard was established, which identified that Codonopsis pilosula with good quality should contain polysaccharide no less than 13.5%,and have a total content of five monosaccharide including D-fructose, D-glucose, sucrose, kestose and nystose no less than 15.92%.
