摘要
2018~2021年间,山东部分地区的商品肉鸡等陆续发生了278例传染性喉气管炎(Infectious Laryngotracheitis,ILT)疑似病例。经实验室PCR检测和病原分离鉴定,初步确诊为传染性喉气管炎病毒(Infectious Laryngotracheitis virus,ILTV)。利用SPF鸡胚,进行绒毛尿囊膜接种,结果分离到23株ILTV。选取10株ILTV毒株,对其结构蛋白gB基因进行了测序,比较了其核苷酸同源性,绘制了系统发育树,揭示了ILTV分离株及其与疫苗株的关系。此外,本文还分析了疫苗免疫在防控过程中所起的关键作用,对于如何预防和控制ILT具有重要的指导意义。
From 2018 to 2021,278 cases of infectious laryngotracheitis occurred in some parts of Shandong Province.After laboratory PCR testing and pathogen isolation and identification,these cases were initially confirmed by infectious laryngotracheitis virus infection.Pathogen isolation using SPF chicken embryos and inoculation resulted in the isolation of 23ILTV strains.Ten ILTV strains were selected,sequenced for their structural protein gB gene,compared their nucleotide homology,drew the phylogenetic tree,and revealed the ILTV isolates and their relationship with the vaccine strains.In addition,this paper also analyzed the role of vaccine immunity in the prevention and control process,which has the most important guidance significance for how to prevent and control ILT.
