Research Progress of Goose Astrovirus

鹅星状病毒(goose astrovirus)是引起小鹅关节痛风和内脏痛风的一种高传染性病原体,病死率高,严重影响肉鹅养殖产业的发展。文章主要从病原学、临床特征、发病机理、流行现状、诊断检测技术、防控技术等方面对鹅星状病毒进行综述,其中重点介绍了反转录环介导等温扩增反应(RT-LAMP)、反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)、双重定量PCR(qPCR)、定量环介导等温反应扩增(qLAMP)、免疫学诊断等鹅星状病毒近年来的常用诊断技术,为今后有效防控鹅星状病毒提供了参考依据。

Goose astrovirus(goose astrovirus)is a highly infectious pathogen causing joint gout and visceral gout in goslings with high mortality,which seriously affects the development of meat goose breeding industry.This article mainly reviews the etiology,clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,epidemic status,diagnostic detection technology,prevention and control technology of goose astrovirus.This paper focuses on the common diagnostic techniques of goose stellate virus in recent years,such as reverse transcription-mediated isothermal amplification(RT-LAMP),reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),dual quantitative PCR(qPCR),quantitative loop-mediated isothermal amplification(qLAMP),also including prevention and treatment of the virus,in order to provide a reference for the effective prevention and control of goose astrovirus.
