On Labor Education and Its Effects on Loyalty Education for Police Students in the New Era

对党忠诚是公安院校学生品格的最亮底色,劳动教育作为新时代促进学生全面发展的育人活动,对学生忠诚品格的养成具有重要作用。忠诚品格是公安院校学生必须具备的品质和素养,具有鲜明的政治性、职业性和实践性。劳动教育可以通过政治品格的塑造,职业品格的培养和实践品格的锻造,达到培养学生忠诚品格的目的。在新时代,公安院校劳动教育的内容和形式必须有职业特色,通过开设公安特色劳动教育课程、在专业中有机渗透劳动教育思想、在课外校外活动中安排劳动实践、在校园文化建设中强化劳动及忠诚文化、以公安特有实训与劳动教育相结合等措施建构公安院校劳动教育体系,通过劳动教育深化学生忠诚品格的养成。

Loyalty to the Party is the most prominent impression of police students.Being an educational program to enhance all round development of students in the new era,the labor education plays an important role in formulating the value of loyalty which is a required quality and accomplishment for police students due to its distinctive political,vocational and practical features.Labor education can achieve the training objective of loyalty by shaping students’political qualities,cultivating their vocational qualifications,and forging the practical character.In the new era,the contents and forms of labor education in police academies must be featured by the line.It can construct the labor education program in police academies and impress the value of loyalty by opening the police-featured curriculum,penetrating labour ideas in professional learning,adding labor practice to extracurricular and off-campus activities,emphasizing labor and loyalty in campus culture construction,and combining police practical training with labor education.
