黔东红色文化遗产整体性保护策略研究

Study on Overall Protection Strategy of Red Cultural Heritage in Eastern Guizhou

整体性保护是文化遗产保护的重要原则。黔东红色文化遗产内容丰富,形式多样,时空和事件关联紧密,自成一体,故而必须对其进行整体性保护。近年来,黔东红色文化遗产保护工作稳中有进、积极向好,但是还存在尚未形成“点-线-面”相互衔接的整体管理格局、资源整合力度不够等问题。开展黔东红色文化遗产整体性保护工作需要加强专业人才培养,加强对红色文化遗产内容与形式的档案式保护;深挖红色文化遗产内涵,以红色文化育人助推红色文化遗产全面传承;积极构建红色文化景观,加强红色美丽村庄建设;以标志性红色文化遗产保护为统领,推进全域全局保护;多方参与,多域合作,有序推进红色文化遗产资源整合。

Overall protection is an important principle of cultural heritage protection.The red cultural heritage of eastern Guizhou is rich in content,diverse in forms,closely related to time,space and events,and self-contained,so overall protection must be adopted.In recent years,the protection of red cultural heritage in eastern Guizhou has made steady and positive progress.However,there are still some problems,such as the overall management pattern of“point-line-area”connection and insufficient resource integration.To carry out the overall protection of the red cultural heritage in eastern Guizhou,it is necessary to strengthen the training of professionals and the archival protection of the content and form of the red cultural heritage,dig deep into the connotation of red cultural heritage,and educate people with red culture to promote the comprehensive inheritance of red cultural heritage,actively build a red cultural landscape and strengthen the construction of beautiful red villages,promote the global protection under the guidance of the protection of the iconic red cultural heritage,conduct multi-participation and multi-domain cooperation to promote the integration of red cultural heritage resources in an orderly manner.
