城市社区养老服务业的现状及对策研究——以河南省安阳市文峰区为例

Research on current situation and countermeasure of urban community old-age service——A case study of Wenfeng District in Anyang City of Henan Province

老龄人口对养老服务的需求趋于多元化,养老服务事业的发展面临着诸多新问题。当前,有些城市社区人口老龄化呈现规模大、增速快、高龄化趋势明显的突出特点,针对公共设施、服务模式、产业基础方面存在的问题,采取完善养老基础设施、拓宽社区养老服务覆盖面、培养专业人才等对策,打造以居家养老为主,社区机构养老为辅的新型社区养老模式,提升养老服务事业的质量和水平。

The demand of the elderly population for old-age services tends to be diversified, and the development of elderly care services is facing many new problems. At present,some urban communities show the prominent characteristics of large scale, fast growth and obvious aging trend in terms of population aging. Facing the problems of public facilities, service mode and industrial foundation, it puts forward countermeasures such as improving the elderly care infrastructure, broadening the coverage of community elderly care services and cultivating professionals, so as to build a new community old-age service model mainly based on home care and supplemented by community institutions, so as to improve the quality and level of old-age services in Wenfeng District.
