水热液化参数对城市污泥制生物质油的影响

摘要 为明晰城市污泥水热液化制油的最佳工艺参数,采用间歇式反应釜分别研究了反应温度、停留时间、污泥质量占比对污泥水热液化制油的影响,并设计正交实验探究最佳反应参数。结果表明,升高反应温度,油产率先增大后减小,油热值逐渐升高;延长停留时间,生物质油产率先略微增大后减小,油热值则呈现相反规律;增大污泥占比,油产率均逐渐减小,油热值逐渐升高。此外,正交实验结果表明,各水热液化参数对污泥制油影响关系为污泥占比>停留时间>反应温度,在300℃、30 min、质量分数2.5%最优参数下,生物油获得最高产率39.74%。 In order to clarify the optimum process parameters of sewage sludge hydrothermal liquefaction to bio-oil,the effects of reaction temperature,residence time and proportion of hydrothermal liquefaction parameters on the sewage sludge to bio-oil were studied in batch reactor,and orthogonal experiments were designed to explore the optimum reaction parameters.The results showed that the bio-oil yield firstly increased and then decreased,and the calorific value of bio-oil increased with increasing the reaction temperature.When the residence time was prolonged,the yield of bio-oil decreased firstly and then decreased while the calorific value showed the opposite rule.The yield of bio-oil gradually decreased while the calorific value increased with increasing the proportion of sewage sludge.In addition,the results of orthogonal experiment showed that the influence of hydrothermal liquefaction parameters on sewage sludge to bio-oil was as follows:mass fraction of sewage sludge>residence time>reaction temperature.The highest yield of bio-oil was 39.74%with the optimum parameters.
