山东省农药经营许可管理工作实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Pesticide Business License Management in Shandong Province

2017年新修订的《农药管理条例》实施后,山东省在规章制度制定、队伍建设、监督管理等方面积极实践,规范了农药经营行为,提高了农药经营水平,给农药行业发展带来了积极影响。目前,在经营许可管理工作中仍存在一些亟需解决的问题。本文介绍了山东农药经营许可管理工作的现状、存在的问题和改进建议。

Since the implementation of the newly revised “Regulations on the Management of Pesticides” in 2017,Shandong Province has actively carried out practices in the establishment of rules and regulations in place, team construction, supervision and management, which has standardized pesticide business, improved operation ability and brought up positive impact on pesticide industry. However, some problems faced by business license management still exist and need to be solved urgently. This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of and the improvement suggestions for pesticide business license management in Shandong Province.
