数智赋能的智慧公共文化服务设计研究

Research on Smart Public Cultural Service Design Empowered by Digital Intelligence

文化大数据的迅速增长,人工智能等信息技术的快速发展促进公共文化产品及服务内容的智慧化转变。为加强公共文化数字资源的有效管理、促进公共文化服务与公众需求的有效匹配,提升公共文化服务的均等化、便利性、可及性,基于智慧公共文化服务理论基础,提出数智驱动的智慧公共文化服务理论。分析智慧公共文化服务利益相关者需求,设计构建数智驱动的智慧公共文化服务模式,提出支撑服务模式的技术路径,并通过实践案例研究进行验证和说明。所呈现的服务模式、技术路径及案例为智慧公共文化服务建设提供参考。

The rapid growth of cultural big data,and the development of information technologies such as artificial intelligence have promoted the intelligent transformation of public cultural products and services.In order to strengthen the effective management of public cultural digital resources,promote the effective matching of public cultural services and public needs,and improve the equalization,convenience,and accessibility of public cultural services,the theory of smart public cultural service driven by digital intelligence is proposed based on the existing smart public cultural service theory.The needs of stakeholders in smart public cultural services are analyzed,smart public cultural service model driven by digital intelligence is constructed,technical paths supporting service models are proposed and practical cases of smart public cultural services are studied.The presented service model,key technologies and cases provide a reference for the development of smart public cultural services.
