基于文物建筑真实性理念的修缮工程实践探索——以华南理工大学老教授住宅修缮工程为例

Practical Exploration of Renovation Project based on the Concept of Authenticity of Cultural Heritage Architecture:A Case Study of Renovation Project of Old Professor’s Residence in South China University of Technology

文物建筑真实性保护理念是文物施工的基本理念。文章研究了相关理念在华南理工大学老教授住宅修缮项目实践中的应用,从价值评估、真实性挖掘、修缮内容与原则、工程措施等方面进行文物建筑真实性保护的探索和经验总结。项目在保持老教授住宅真实性的前提下,保留了建筑的历史信息和风貌,重新修缮或替换了各类建筑构件,保证了文物建筑的结构安全,消除了使用隐患,满足了现代功能的需要。文章对文物建筑的屋顶、结构、装饰等分类修缮施工措施进行了系统的总结,其经验对类似项目具有一定借鉴意义。

The concept of authenticity protection of cultural relic building is the basic concept of cultural relics construction.This paper studies the practical application of relevant concepts in the residential renovation project of old professors of South China University of technology,and explores and summarizes the experience of the authenticity protection of cultural relics from the aspects of value evaluation,authenticity excavation,renovation contents and principles,engineering measures,etc.On the premise of maintaining the authenticity of the old professor’s residence,the project retains the historical information and style of the building and the project has renovated or replaced various architectural components,which ensures the structural safety of cultural relics buildings,eliminates hidden dangers,and meets the needs of modern functions.This paper systematically summarizes the classified repair construction measures for the roof,structure and decoration of cultural relics buildings,and its experience can be used for reference for similar projects.
