A Precise Empowerment Space Construction Mode based on Interest Balance of Rural Stakeholders

文章在明晰多元主体利益平衡目标与原则基础上,从村集体主体性增强、产业重组与形态重塑、空间功能动态调适、特色景观风貌共塑四个方面阐述了精准赋能空间营建模式,为实现下乡资本与村集体的共生共荣提供理论指导。

On the basis of clarifying the goal of interest balance of rural stakeholders,the paper expounds the precise empowerment space construction mode from four aspects:enhancement of village collective subjectivity,industrial restructuring and spatial recomposition,dynamic adjustment of spatial functions,and co-shaping of characteristic landscape features,providing theoretical guidance for the realization of co-existence and co-prosperity of capital and village collective.
