基于三磁理论的淮安车东农村社区规划探究

Research on the Planning of Chedong Rural Community in Huai’an based on the Three-magnets Theory

苏北农村住房品质低是江苏省实施乡村振兴战略的短板之一,在加快改善苏北农民住房条件、新型社区建设的背景之下,文章以淮安车东农村社区规划设计研究为例,阐述了如何以三磁理论为基础和导向,在农村社区改善居住条件的同时,促进农村一二三产业融合发展,形成生产、生活、生态三位一体的农民美好家园的方法和途径。

The low quality of houses in rural communities in northern Jiangsu is one of the shortcomings of the province’s implementation of the rural vitalization strategy.In the context of improving farmers’housing condition and constructing new communities in northern Jiangsu,the author takes the planning and design research for Chedong Rural Community in Huai’an as an example to expound how to improve the housing condition in rural communities,to promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas,and to build a beautiful home which achieved the trinity of production,life and ecosystem for farmers under the guidance of the three-magnets theory.
