在地文化视角下的老城片区更新策略研究——以宁波市狮子街片区为例

Study on the Strategy of Old Urban Areas Renewal from the Perspective of Local Culture:A Case Study of Lion Street Area of Ningbo City

存量时代下,城市更新和街道活力再生成为政府和民众的焦点。“十四五”规划明确提出的繁荣发展文化事业也使城市文化价值日益彰显,已经成为城市发展的触媒。老城更新作为城市更新形式之一,不仅要物质更新,更重要的是文化复兴,才能展现老城特有的面貌。文章以宁波市狮子街片区更新为例,挖掘本片区的历史、街巷名人和商业业态,并从地域归属、老楼新生、特色场景、文商活力四大策略出发提出本片区特色的更新方案,以期赋予时尚理念,恢复昔日老城活力。

In the era of stocking,urban renewal and street vitality are becoming the central of governments and people.The 14th Five-year Plan clearly puts forward that prosperous development of cultural undertakings which has also made the cultural value of the city increasingly prominent,and has become a catalyst for urban development.As one of the forms of urban renewal,the renewal of the old city not only requires material renewal,but also cultural revival,so as to show the unique appearance of the old city.This paper takes the renewal of Lion Street in Ningbo City as an example,excavates the history,street celebrities and urban structure of this area,and puts forward the renewal plan of this area’s characteristics from the four strategies of regional ownership,renewal of old buildings,characteristic scenes and cultural and commercial vitality,in order to give fashion ideas and restore the vitality of the old city.
