高校公共体育可采用“线上+线下”分层合作学习,教学过程中应保持师生之间的即时互动交流,突出学生主体、教师主导作用;制定线上与线下相结合的混合式教学环境,构建“线上+线下”“同步+异步”相结合的教学方法体系;高校公共体育“线上+线下”混合式教学的实现,需加强课程人力支持,更新课程内容,制定混合式教学质量标准,搭建线上体育教学管理平台,加强线上教学监管。

Public sports in colleges and universities can adopt“online+offline”hierarchical cooperative learning.In the teaching process,teachers and students should maintain real-time interaction and communication,highlight the leading role of students and teachers,formulate a hybrid teaching environment combining online and offline,and build a teaching method system combining“online+offline”and“synchronous+asynchronous”.To realize the“online+offline”blended teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to strengthen the human support of the curriculum,update the curriculum content,formulate the blended teaching quality standards,build an online sports teaching management platform,and strengthen the online teaching supervision.
