摘要
与以往的体育场馆相比,国家速滑馆工期较为紧张,建筑造型独特,专业工种多。为保证冬奥工程如期竣工,基于用全生命周期的BIM技术、全过程的仿真技术、精密构件加工技术、精准的安装技术、高精度的测控技术偏差实时调整技术和钢结构滑移法满足钢结构、混凝土结构、索结构等在施工现场平行施工。此外,钢结构、索结构、看台板、围护结构、部分装饰装修工程均采用工厂预制加工、施工现场拼装的装配式施工,实现了多专业、多工种高效、高精度的平行施工。
The National Speed Skating Oval has a relatively shorter construction period,unique architectural shape and multiple professional types of work compared with previous sports venues.In order to ensure the completion of the Winter Olympics Project on schedule,the BIM technology based on the full life circle,the whole-process emulation technique,precision component processing technology,precise installation technology,high-precision measurement and control technology and realtime deviation adjustment technology as well as steel structure slip method are used to conduct the parallel construction of steel structures,concrete structures,cable structures,etc.at the construction site.Furthermore,steel structures,cable structures,grandstand slabs,envelop structures and some decoration projects all adopt assembly construction of prefabrication processing in factory and assembly at construction site,achieving efficient and high-precision parallel construction of multiple professions and types of work.
