摘要
国家速滑馆作为世界首个“双奥之城”的标志性建筑,采用了世界最大跨度正交双向单层马鞍形屋顶:屋盖采用柔性索网体系,屋面材料采用金属。为了解决这种新型屋盖中索网和屋面的变形协调问题,提出了一种适用的柔性索网屋面荷载置换施工技术。施工时先对索网结构进行张拉,完成后在索网上吊挂IBC水箱,以提前将屋面荷载施加在索网结构上,然后在有初始荷载作用的条件下安装屋面,从而为新型屋面的高精度安装创造条件。在屋面安装过程中,将逐步有序地卸载预挂的IBC水箱,从而实现屋面荷载的置换。结果表明,本施工方案既能满足设计对屋面荷载的施加要求,又能实现经济环保的目标,可为同类工程的施工提供参考。
A saddle-shaped Orthogonal Two-Way Single-Layer Roof with a worldwide largest span was used for National Speed Skating Oval.The flexible cable net roof system was also used along with metal materials.An appropriate construction process was proposed for the load replacement of flexible cable net roof to solve the problem concerning the deformation compatibility between the cable net and the roof system.Results showed that roof load requirements were met with the construction scheme,achieving the goals of economy and environment protection.It may serve as reference to similar construction.
