装配式钢-竹组合结构建筑施工工艺及工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 为在广大村镇地区推动绿色建筑发展,以竹胶板、冷弯薄壁型钢为建筑材料,建造钢-竹组合结构样板房,结合本次工程项目,总结组合构件的生产工艺,包括梁、柱、楼面板、屋面板和墙体的制作、尺寸规格及构造形式,概括房屋建造的施工技术,包括构件之间的连接方式、现场拼装流程及工程重点。钢-竹组合建筑的构件之间采用钢板和螺栓的连接形式,具有半刚性的特点,抗震性能良好,房屋的建造采用工厂预制、现场装配的现代化施工技术,施工过程无污染,在材料加工、构件制作、现场拼装、居住使用及废弃处理各阶段都符合绿色建筑要求。 In order to promote the development of environment-friendly buildings in vast rural areas,a steel-bamboo composite structure model house is built with the building materials of bamboo plywood and cold-formed thin-walled steel. Besides, the manufacturing technique of composite components including beams, pillars, floor slabs, roof slabs, and productions, dimensions and structures of wall are summarized, and the building’s construction technology of the connection method between components,on-site assembling process and engineering emphasis is generalized. The steel-bamboo composite buildings adopt steel plates and bolts to connect components, making them semirigid and well anti-seismic.Such buildings are established in modern construction technology of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, so that material processing, component production, on-site assembly, residential use and waste treatment are in line with environment-friendly building requirements, without any pollution in the whole construction progress.
