富水敏感区既有地铁站盾构接收控水技术研究

摘要 以济南轨道交通1号线既有济南西站盾构接收为工程背景,针对富水敏感区盾构接收产生的突涌水工程难题,结合工程地质及建设历史,科学分析涌水水源并确定控水机理。在洞外采取盾构接收端旋喷桩加固辅以降水井措施,洞内采取施作止浆墙予以注浆止水措施,形成竖向及横向止水帷幕相结合的方式实现控水,保障了盾构安全接收,为类似富水敏感区既有地铁站的盾构接收提供一定借鉴。 Aiming at the engineering problems of sudden water inrush caused by shield arrival in water-rich sensitive areas,the water inrush source is scientifically analyzed and the water control mechanism is determined based on the example of the shield arrival engineering in the existing Jinan West Station in the Jinan Rail Transit Line 1 and combined with engineering geology and construction history.In this study,adopt the jet grouting pile reinforcement at the reception end of the shield as well as a dewatering well outside the tunnel,and a wall for grouting as well as measures for grouting to stop water inside the tunnel,so as to form a combination of vertical and horizontal waterstop curtains to achieve water control,ensuring the safe reception of shields and providing a certain reference for similar shield arrivals in existing subway stations in water-rich sensitive areas.
