摘要
BIM技术是可持续设计和建造的重要工具,从理论上能够有效解决目前节能设计中节能模拟软件兼容性差、评价方法单一等问题。本研究提出了一种适用于工业化钢结构建筑的节能虚拟建造评价方法,依托实际工程,通过系统设计与原型实现论证了该方法的技术可行性。该方法针对利用BIM技术进行节能技术评价、优化与决策分析的实际工程具有借鉴意义,通过提高钢结构建筑的节能设计水平,将为钢结构建筑向新型建筑工业化发展提供技术支持。
As an important tool for sustainable design and construction,BIM technology can effectively solve the problems of energy-saving simulation software in current energy-saving design in theory,including poor compatibility,single evaluation method and others.In this research,an evaluation method of energy-saving virtual construction for industrialized steel structure buildings is proposed,of which the technical feasibility is demonstrated on the foundation of actual engineering through system design and prototype implementation.In the terms of the practical engineering in which BIM technology is used to evaluate,optimize energy-saving technology and analyze decisions,this method has reference significance,and can provide technical support for the industrialization of steel structure buildings to new buildings through improving the energy-saving design level of steel structure buildings.
