摘要
低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是生物体感应氧浓度变化的重要转录因子,是低氧信号通路的关键分子,在调节机体氧的稳态、生物体生理以及病理过程中发挥重要作用。HIF-1由HIF-1α和HIF-1β两个亚基组成。研究已证明有大量蛋白或因子通过与HIF-1α相互作用,调节HIF-1的降解过程或者蛋白活性,最终影响糖尿病、心脑血管疾病,特别是癌症的发生及发展。本文总结了近年来发现的与HIF-1α相互作用的分子及其作用机制。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1) is an important transcription factor that responds to the change in oxygen concentration in organism and is a key molecule in the hypoxia signaling pathway, and it plays an important role in regulating the homeostasis of oxygen and the physiological and pathological processes of the organism. HIF-1 is composed of two subunits, HIF-1α and HIF-1β. Studies have shown that a large number of proteins or factors interact with HIF-1α to regulate the degradation process or protein activity of HIF-1, finally affecting the development and progression of diabetes, cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases, and especially cancer. This article summarizes the molecules discovered in recent years that interact with HIF-1α and their mechanism of action.
