越来越多的研究表明,支气管扩张症的发生、发展过程当中会出现肺功能的受损,于是支气管扩张剂在支气管扩张症当中的应用方面的研究越来越多。纵观国内外研究,对以中性粒细胞升高为表型的支气管扩张症的认识颇多,但对嗜酸性粒细胞升高为表型的支气管扩张症的认识及研究偏少。查阅近5年的国内外相关文献,本文对支气管扩张症的现状、分型、以嗜酸性粒细胞升高为表型的支气管扩张症的提出以及对该型的研究进展等方面做一简要综述。

More and more evidence shows that,the lung function will be impaired in the occurrence and development of bronchiectasis,so the application of bronchodilators in bronchiectasis is more and more studied.Throughout the domestic and foreign studies,there is a lot of understanding of bronchiectasis with elevated neutrophils as the phenotype,but there is little understanding and research on bronchiectasis with elevated eosinophils as the phenotype.In this paper,referring to the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent five years,the present situation and the classification of bronchiectasis,the propose of bronchiectasis with eosinophil elevation as the phenotype and the research progress of this type are briefly reviewed.
