手术室无缝隙护理对开放性四肢骨折患者术后切口感染及生命质量的影响

Effect of seamless nursing in operating room on postoperative wound infection and quality of life of patients with open limb fracture

目的分析手术室无缝隙护理对开放性四肢骨折患者术后切口感染及生命质量的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年5月至2020年10月抚州市第一人民医院收治的60例开放性四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按护理方式分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组接受手术室无缝隙护理。比较两组患者的术后切口感染率、术中低体温发生率、术中出血量、手术时间、生命质量及满意度。结果观察组患者的术中低体温率、术后切口感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放性四肢骨折患者接受手术室无缝隙护理干预,可显著降低术后切口感染概率,促进术后恢复,提升其生命质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing in operating room on postoperative wound infection and quality of life of patients with open limb fracture.Methods Sixty patients with open limb fracture admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from May 2018 to October 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received seamless nursing in the operating room.Postoperative incision infection,incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative hypothermia rate and postoperative incision infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group,and the operative time was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the 36-item short-form(SF-36)after nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Open limb fracture patients receiving seamless nursing intervention in the operating room can significantly reduce the probability of postoperative incision infection,promote postoperative recovery,and improve their quality of life.
