摘要
开展了铝、锌、锡合金化活化溶解铑的研究,分别考察了铑与活化剂质量比、活化温度、活化时间对铑溶解率的影响。结果表明,在铑/铝质量:1:10,活化温度1200℃,活化时间为80 min的条件下,铑的溶解率98.9%;在铑/锌质量比1:10,活化温度750℃,活化时间30 min的条件下,铑的溶解率99%以上;在铑/锡质量比1:12,活化温度1100℃,活化时间40 min的条件下,铑的溶解率97.7%。
Study on dissolution of rhodium by aluminum,zinc and tin alloying activation was carried out.The effects of rhodium to activator mass ratio,activation temperature and activation time on rhodium dissolution rate were investigated,respectively.The results show that under the conditons of aluminum to rhodium mass ration 10,activation temperature 1200℃and activation time of 80 min,rhodium dissolution rate is 98.9%.Under the conditions of zinc to rhodium mass ratio 10,activation temperature 750℃,activation time 30 min,rhodium dissolution rate is over 99%.Under the conditions of tin to rhodium ratio 12,activation temperature 1100℃,activation time 40 min,rhodium dissolution rate is 97.7%.
