碳纳米管载钴析氢催化剂制备研究

摘要 铂基催化剂是目前应用最广泛的电解水制氢催化剂,但其储量较低、价格昂贵,从而制约了电解水技术的大规模应用和发展。为降低催化剂成本,过渡金属被广泛研究,基于此本文提出一种蒸发干燥混合溶液制备碳纳米管载钴析氢催化剂的制备方法。TEM和XRD表征结果显示,钴金属颗粒均匀分布于碳载体表面,其平均粒径大小不超过20 nm,属于典型的面心立方晶系。电化学测定结果表明,本方法制备的碳纳米管载钴催化剂具有一定的析氢性能,1 mol/L KOH溶液中,达到10和100 mA/cm^(2)电流强度的过电位分别为180和360 mV,连续运行25 h,催化性能稳定。 Pt and Pt-based catalysts are regarded as the most excellent water splitting electrocatalysts.But,duo to its low storage and high price,the large-scale application and development of water electrolysis technology is restricted.To reduce the cost of catalyst,transition metal has been widely used.Above on,a preparation method of Co/CNT hydrogen evolution catalyst was proposed in this paper.TEM and XRD showed Co distributed on the surface of CNTs uniformly,the average size of Co particles less than 20nm,belongs to fcc crystal.Electrochemical results showed that overpotential of Co/CNT are 180 mV and 360m V for current density reach at 10mA/cm^(2)and 100 mA/cm^(2)in 1 mol/L KOH solution.After 25 h reaction,catalytic performance remain stable.
