摘要
预烧测试是一种改善产品质量的方法,为了降低预烧的花费,预烧过程通常在加速环境下进行。假设产品的失效率函数是浴盆型的,变点为t_(1)和t_(2)。基于两种典型的终身保修(终身免费保修策略和单次保修费用有上限的终身保修)策略,在可修和不可修两种条件下研究了使得总体平均费用最小的最佳预烧时间,在加速环境下给出了最佳预烧时间的上界。
Burn-in is a method to improve the quantity of products.To reduce the cost of burn-in process,burn-in is most often accomplished in an accelerated environment.This paper assumes the product before undergoing the burn-in procedure has a bathtub shaped failure rate function with change points t_(1)and t_(2).Upper bounds for optimal burn-in times to minimize the total mean cost of repairable and nonrepairable products under two typical lifetime warranties(Free Rectification Lifetime Warranty and Limit on Individual Cost Lifetime Warranty)in accelerated environment are obtained.
