高职院校智能制造实训基地建设探究

On the Construction of Intelligent Manufacturing Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

高水平实训基地是高职院校培养优秀技术技能人才的重要保障。面对智能制造领域新技术、新工艺、新方法的大量应用,部分高职院校实训基地存在实训内容与行业匹配度不高,整体规划系统性不强,信息化、数字化手段滞后,产业与社会服务能力偏弱,教师培养体系不完善等问题。高职院校智能制造实训基地应当以生产实践为导向,以校企合作为抓手,构建多元化平台,聚焦智能制造领域需要,从校企精准育人、多样化平台搭建、提升服务能力、推动“三教”改革等方面入手,全面提升实训基地综合实力。

The high level training base is an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to cultivate excellent technical talents.Faced with a large number of applications of new technologies,new processes and new methods in the field of intelligent manufacturing,some training bases of colleges and universities have problems such as low matching degree of training content with the industry,weak systematic planning,lagging informatization and digital means,weak industrial and social service ability,and imperfect teacher training system.The intelligent manufacturing training base of higher vocational colleges should be oriented by production practice,take school-enterprise cooperation as the starting point,build a diversified platform,focus on the needs of intelligent manufacturing field,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive strength of the training base from the aspects of school-enterprise precise education,diversified platform building,improving service ability,and promoting the reform of teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods。
