摘要
以钨尾矿为原料,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为造孔剂,高岭土和氧化钙为添加剂,制备出性能优良的轻质多孔陶瓷。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重-差热(TG-DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对多孔陶瓷进行表征分析,并考察其性能。结果表明,钙长石相和石英相是多孔陶瓷的主要晶相,相互穿插的钙长石晶体是多孔陶瓷的主要骨架结构。气孔率、吸水率与烧结温度呈负相关关系,体积质量、抗压强度与烧结温度呈正相关关系。当烧结温度为1200℃、PMMA质量分数为18%时,多孔陶瓷的气孔率、吸水率、体积质量、抗压强度和透水系数分别是44.85%、32.63%、1.37 g·cm^(-3)、14.10 MPa和0.025 cm·s^(-1)。
Light porous ceramics with excellent properties were prepared using tungsten tailings as raw materials,polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)as pore forming agent and kaolin and calcium oxide as additives.The porous ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis(TG-DSC)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The properties of porous ceramics were investigated.The results show that anorthite phase and quartz phase are the main crystal phases of porous ceramics,and the intercalated anorthite crystal is the main framework structure of porous ceramics.Porosity and water absorption were negatively correlated with sintering temperature,while bulk density and compressive strength were positively correlated.When the sintering temperature was 1200℃and the content of PMMA was 18%,the porosity,water absorption,bulk density,compressive strength and permeability coefficient of porous ceramics were 44.85%,32.63%,1.37 g·cm^(-3),14.10 MPa and 0.025 cm·s^(-1),respectively.
